Better Humans Make Better Leaders
The Fancy Hippie Group (FHG) works with leaders to develop systems, processes, and programs that turn culture from an aspiration into reality. Our core belief: culture isn't built through mission statements — it's built through the everyday infrastructure that shapes how people work, decide, and perform.
At the center of our work is a focus on connection and engagement, because commitment isn't demanded, it's developed — through leaders who show up authentically with their team. FHG's guiding philosophy is simple: better humans make better leaders.
Our Values…
We believe better humans make better leaders.
We believe in engaging communities in change as collaborative partners.
We believe in relationships over rigidity.
We believe in collaboration and convergence.
We honor others' experiences.
What sets FHG apart is a values-centered change framework, Strategically Squishy Leadership. It is not only a process, it’s a practice. This framework is built upon connecting with the team as individuals, designing and communicating well-built processes, and collaborating to business results that follow.
Strategically Squishy Leadership
The art of understanding individuals needs, wants and talents. Leveraging connection to maximize belonging and engagement to impact performance. Strategically Squishy Leadership is not a process, it’s a practice that is built through each day at each interaction.
