ask the hard questions without being called a racist…
Let’s be honest…
There are a lot of questions about different cultures and backgrounds that are intriguing to you. Is it difficult to find a safe person to ask questions about race and other taboo subjects without feeling judged? Are you struggling with possibly being called a racist?
How do we get to know more if we can’t ask questions?
I totally get it. Your curiosity is not bad, your desire to know more is inherently good. But how you ask those questions, where you have these conversations and what you do with the answers is imperative! In order to understand others and their perspectives you need a safe space to ask those ‘taboo’ or ‘risqué’ things. You shouldn’t have to walk on eggshells to engage with others that may not look or live the way you do…
I’m here to guide you in asking those questions and handling the responses you receive.

Being an Executive ain’t Easy. I get it…
You have a lot of responsibility — you have to set the vision, demonstrate outstanding business acumen and be the example for your organization. If you aren’t being a great leader to your team, how can they be great leaders to their teams?
You’ve heard the buzz about DEI — Gender Identities, Woke, Equality, Glass Ceiling, and so on- it’s hard to keep up and lead your organization and not offend anyone!
BUT leading an inclusive workplace is one of the largest contributing factors to innovation and outstanding performance in the workplace, but only if work is done to meet the needs of all involved parties.
Beware! This is a journey. Think Oregon Trail journey. It will not be easy, much like your climb to senior leadership. However, the rewards of competitive advantage, organizational commitment and less $$$ spent on voluntary turnover are worth it.

∆S Change Model©
This program was developed from my more than 10 year experience in Fortune 500 and private enterprises. Employees, especially leaders, have experienced so much discomfort in the workplace while trying to be more inclusive. They are afraid to ask questions, afraid to be vulnerable and be open to relationships which are outside of their comfort zone.
There are a plethora of change models, in my opinion a lot of them are harder to process than necessary! So I crafted my own, easy to digest model for leaders to use in their organization and life.
DEI or Culture Development is not rocket science! So the tools shouldn’t be either!
“Jazzy is not your average DEI person! She has the gift of really being present and making you feel safe.”

I’m proud to announce that many of the programs I have designed are still in use at the companies where they were launched. Furthermore, no program I craft is more than 30% the same.
The Fancy Hippie Group, is proud to specialize in executive advisement to impact organizational health and employee engagement leveraging diversity, equity and inclusion.
Inclusion is about Impact
not activities
Have you heard about companies that get bad reviews for ‘diversity activities’? How often do you read about recruiting more diverse employees into organizations? Or into leadership positions? Have you asked or been asked where have all the “diverse” employees gone?
It’s highly likely that all these issue can be traced back to organizational activities with little to no solid vision of impact or sustainability of those actions. Oftentimes, companies will focus on recruiting or training or employee resource groups or succession planning but not one of these alone can bring inclusion into the workplace. This is one of the hardest part about building people centered organizational culture.
In our 1-1 Sessions we can work on a strategy that will be a good fit for your organization.
Still need more reason to join?
Here are a few other benefits that your company might enjoy…
